Tokyo-based Hungarian researcher with over 20 years of experience teaching acting, I’ve studied and applied various acting methods from Europe and the U.S., combining them with Japanese contemporary acting techniques. My PhD focused on acting methods emphasizing presence and silence. Alongside teaching, I work as an actor, director, and researcher. I coach actors for both stage and camera, from beginner to professional level. Keywords: presence, space awareness, cross-cultural acting, text analysis. I believe an actor’s essential tools are the basics: how to stand, sit, move, and truly be on stage and in front of the camera.
