Designing Safe Spaces – Conflict and Resolution Policies that Work
This workshop discussion will focus on how to ensure that your coaching practice or studio has conflict and resolution policies that actually work. We will look at what are the building blocks of any good harassment policy and what measures you need to have in place to make your coaching studio or practice one that meets the AACE guidelines for having a reporting process. We will also discuss the future of C & R policies for independent coaches and how together we might create something that provides group protection. This workshop is perfectly suited for studio heads, studio owners and independent coaches who want to make their working and learning environments a safer space for everyone.
